Overall my experience of fitness program being conducted by Mr Amal is satisfactory. What I like about the training: 1. The trainer is very regular 2. Stretching exercises are excellent 3. Classes are conducted appropriately. 4. The trainer make sure that the trainers do all the exercises.
Your training plan and schedule is good and effective. At end of 16 classes my body has become more active but not much reduction in weight. (which I would really look forward in the coming classes) The stretching exercises are very good. May be it would be great if you give us diet plan as well. Overall it's a nice workout for 4 days a week. Thank you.
